Good example of this well designed classic. Has a large toroidal transformer and handy dual inputs, one of which is variable. 2 sets of beefy binding posts to take quality spade or banana speaker cables.

Audiophile Power Amplifier

Nice implementation of the well proven Jaycar KC5201 Kit modules. Extremely solid power supply with a big toroid and overkill 6 x 8000mfd smoothing capacitors. Massive headroom and power reserve.

Can be driven direct from a cd player or ipod/tablet etc. Has a stereo volume control on the hardwood front panel. The rest of the chassis is aluminium with massive heatsinks which remain cool with normal use. Premium gold parts have been used for the input RCA's and the output binding posts.

Can also be driven from a preamp, smart tv, computer, mixer, DAC, bluetooth box, chromecast etc. This kind of performance normally costs thousands of dollars, yours for pocket money.

NAD 3240PE Audiophile Amplifier

Nice example of this classic British piece from 1989. Runs cool and reliable like a low power amp but has short term power reserves of over 150 watts for considerable headroom and capability to drive big speakers.

Features 2 sets of binding posts, separate preamp and very good phono stage.

Custom made chip type amp in the tradition of Gainclone, T-amp etc. Incorporates 6 x Texas Instruments LM3876 with built in muting and protection.

Arranged as 3 x dual mono with 2 big toroidal transformers and 4 x 10,000mfd smoothing capacitors. Extremely solid power supply.

Overkill heatsink slabs and oiled hardwood panels. This is a substantial build selling at a fraction of the price of the parts alone.

Use as tri-amp with active crossover, multi-zone with preamp or run multiple speaker pairs from a mixer in a small studio type setup. Also perfectly fine to use two of the channels as a very good conventional stereo power amp.

Japanese minimalist cult object from 1990. This is the highly regarded original model with better binding posts and other advantages.

This one is in good condition but the logo and the record switch markings have been removed, looks even more stealthy! Serviced and working well.
