Pioneer PL-51A Direct Drive Turntable - sold

Substantial Japanese manual deck from 1974. Extra weight on arm allows for "dynamic balance" for more consistent tracking force. Top of plinth is wood, bottom is folded heavy steel plate. Springs inside the feet provide additional isolation. Playing nicely with a new Ortofon 3E cartridge with optional upgrade. Perfectly preserved in sparkling near mint condition. 10.5kg
